Years in business and tech taught our founding team that business and tech cultures honestly kinda suck. Tech bros, gatekeeping, jargon dropping, and superiority issues were unavoidable and made it harder for people to function in these spaces. We didn’t like that! So we decided to make it better.
Based in Clackamas, Oregon, we built a practice around one idea — that IT support should be proactive, human, and fast. Not a call center. Not a ticket number. A real team that knows your name and your systems.
Over time that belief expanded. We realised the way you run a business matters as much as what you deliver. So we baked sustainability, community investment, and education into our DNA — not as a marketing line, but as a daily operating principle.
